Angry shipping an 2.7L engine

hi guys
has anyone shipped an engine before coz im having a hard time finding a reasonable rate and a company that will.
also does anyone no what 2.7L weighes.

A 1974 2.7L engine weighed 182 kg or 400 lbs, and the 1975-1977 2.7L engine weighed 195 kg or 429 lbs.

use steel strapping and attach the motor
to a sound oak pallet. yellow freight is the best shipping co. i,ve used as far as the
least damaged items. if they damage it they are quick to pay the claims also. don,t use
the cheapest shipper and don,t overtighten
the metal strapping. put it around the case
like circles around a tree trunk. use good duct tape and tape everone of its orifices closed.
