Nut,

Ay carumba. What a beautiful conversion (is that a turbo or supercharger?). Man, I don't know how I missed seeing that, especially since I spent some time looking at the exhaust on the red carrera parked right next to it.

Sorry, I don't know who's handywork that is, (judging by the license plate I guess it's fair to assume the craftsman is located in Canada), VERY impressive!

'87 Carrera 3.6L (up to now, I thought I had the nicest conversion). <img src="graemlins/yltype.gif" border="0" alt="[typing]" />

It was a turbo... and the best thing about it was the way the intercoolers were positioned- no whale tail! I am going to try and have a local policeman run the tag... although I am not sure he will be able to run a Canadian plate. I will be sure to let you guys know- we need his story!

I found him! (thanks Alex) I cannot tell you who he is yet, but I talked to him on the phone, and he will be emailing me details. I asked him (in an email) if it would be ok to post the info (his name, #, ect) and am waiting for a reply. &lt;br&gt;
What I can tell you is that the car in the photo is an 86 with a 3.3l motor, and a Electromotive fuel management system. He starts w/ B&B headers/ exhaust, and cuts it open for the turbo set up. He has a 3.5l car w/ a turbo that has been dynoed at 710hp- at the wheels!!&lt;br&gt;
I will post a follow- up when I get his reply.
