How to change this switch???

I have to change the fog light switch and I have no idea how to remove it without removing the dash cover.

Is there any easier way to do it????

please help me

If you can't get to it through speaker hole or radio access try removing glove box ....

im going with the heater box has to come out .... that hole there is where my cigarette lighter mounts and i had to repair it so i could charge my cell phone .. i dont have fogs but i think you get the idea..
