well i effed it up a little .. to do again i would not use that uber expensive contact cement.

you are suppose to put it on the rubber and on the channel .. the mistake i made was putting it on the sides of the channel and the rubber .. not just the bottom .. so after the test fitting when you put the glue on as soon as it touches the sides it sticks before getting all the way down .. live and learn i guess .. less is more ..
