Default WTB RS Backdate

Where is a good place to start looking for completed or 95% completed 2.7 RS/RSR backdates or tribute cars?

These guys show they had one for sale. Don't know if they built it though.

But, if you talk to them, I'm sure they'll build it. Maybe they have one in progress or can modify another in-progress car.

Beat me to it. I was gonna post this link. They are the Gods of restorations. I've drooled on there cars many a time. Worth the 80 mile drive gust to glance in the windows of that place.

Yeah, if the OP's reason for wanting a finished car is to find someone dumping one for cheap... these guys aren't the ones to talk to. They do nice work, and it looks like you pay for it, too.

I'd just look at PCA, Rennlist, Pelican, Ebay...

Not totally sure if this is what they do, but it sure looks like it:

I remember CPR telling me that the average invoice is $80,000 if you supply the car. I don't think that is what we are looking for here.

Thanks guys, I am looking for a driver, not an $85K example. Mega Millions didn't go my way.

I think you are looking in the right place...RL, Pelican, etc. I just got mine recently from a listing here. I just built a Cayman and promised I would never build another again even tho I have been wanting an RS clone for years Can't be in a hurry unless you want to pay the premium go to places like CPR, global auto, etc) ...I wanted to use mine as a fair weather DD.
