The seller was just way too paranoid about why I was in his shop. Kept calling me mate.

He wanted to know where I lived, where I saw the add, why I didn't call, why was I interested in this one and not the other SC's he had. He was quite upset that I was asking questions and wanted me to overlook the timing chains, lack of paint, spray painted and dyed interior, missing weather stripping around the top, rust on the windshield wipers, corroded oil cooler, and focus on the fact that it had 7's and 8's.

If it had nice 16 x 8 Fuchs on the rear that alone would cover about half the asking price. Were they the real deal?

Dumber things have been found to be true.

The seller didn't let me get that close. Got a $20.00?

Amber Lamps, did you check your mirrors when you left to make sure you were not being followed? I thought there looked to be some off coloring of the interior. In one of the photos the door edge appears more red than brown.

Oh, the price is now up to $8750. Looks like the visit by Amber Lamps increased the value.

10-4.

EDIT: Just adding the picture of the store front.
I wouldn't buy a pack of gum from that place!

Agreed. The only thing missing are the signs with the glittering sequins that "shimmer" in the wind.
