Wazoo

My 87 Targa has started hesitating and running roughly. It starts fine, hesistates and continues to hesitate throughout rpm range. This has been a fairly recent development. Car has autothority mass flow and chip. Any suggestions/advice on what could be causing this before I haul it in?

Once car is warmed up, there is still some hesistation, but less pronounced.
