PPI Friday afternoon Tolga/Hillsborough. I'm getting a little old to get real wired about a used car with bad air conditioning prospects but this one has me vibrating.

Life got in the way so I got over to Brier Creek Saturday, late (and raining). I assume folks meet there early-ish?

Brier Creek C&C runs from 830ish to around 11, 1st Saturday of each month.

My Targa has the A/C removed, top off is all I need if it gets too hot and if it is like last year, I just drove it in the evenings during July and August

Mr. Moo:

AC upgrades are spendy but often quoted as 'the best money I spent on my car'.

Can you do me a favour? Pop the hood, open the smugglers box & tell me which wire goes to which post on the silver relay on the left? Mine was unhooked and I have no idea how to hook it up!

Cheers,

Paul.

Sorry Paul - I went elsewhere for a car and never got by there this weekend. Good for me but bad for you.

Too many inconsistencies and not enough facts on "low-miles" '81 so I walked.

Fortunately, I eased gracefully into a well-documented '87 Targa. Itch scratched.

Thanks. The PO had a good vision with new powered seats covered in linen/Pasha by Paul Champagne.

Now on ebay, I saw it by a coincidence when visiting a small lot next door on CapAve.
