Just curious....

Why did this car not get bid up higher

Seems like the RUF package (not VIN) would have given this much great value than the ending bid.

Comments ? I just would like to know for future reference.

I suspect that it is little more than an 84 Carrera with a slant nose conversion. I looked at the pictures, but see nothing extrordinary. I'd say top dollar was paid.

Thanks Whale....I guess I got caught up in the RUF pckge. Lots of things going against it for bigger dollars i guess....as you mentioned alot of ad ons....slant, widebody etc...I kinda on the fence on the slants....some days I like them, some days i don't, probably has most to do with how the pic angles are taken. I know i would not get tired of looking at a turbo-look non-slant though !
