Low Profile Driver Side Mirror Request

I promise, I've search but can't seem to find the mirror illustrated in this photo. What is the proper name and where can I purchase one? Thank you.

Looks like a Gemballa, Anziano, or Strosek style mirror, BICBW.

I was thinking RUF also
Plus RUF of Michigan is where I get all my parts im getting a RUF rsr strut bar in next week
