Apologies to those who frequent the Pelican list and have already had their fill of the SC distributor rebuild post (http://www.pelicanparts.com/cgi-bin/vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=54539).

What I need is a bit of information so that I can write up a how-to on cleaning/rebuilding the SC distributor. First, an exploded diagram of the SC dist. so that I can refer to parts by their proper names. Next, information on what the vertical play on the dist. shaft ought to be (I understand .1mm) and where, exactly, the shims need to be placed: between the dist body and the pinion gear?

Also having a heck of a time locating Bosch P/N 123-7010-00, the rebuild kit for this dist. Anyone have any leads on this kit?
