Probably not. The water absorption takes place slowly, and primarily affects fuel that sits for a while. I'm no expert, but I would say if the car is driven at least once a month, then the absorption issue is probably minor. Also, I believe that driving the car helps slosh the fuel which helps keep the alchohol mixed. Also, more of an issue with E85 fuel; 85% alchohol versus 10% in E10. Over-winter storage, or fuel stored in jugs for long periods would benefit more.

If it takes you more than 90 days to go through a tank of gas - then yes - you need some sort of fuel stabilizer with E10.
