Post painting fuchs

The fuchs 5 spokes along with the lip have been polished. Any suggestions on me painting the centers black again or should I find a shop to restore them?

I've painted several sets of Fuchs, using Wurth Lacquer. Probably bought it from Car Care Specialties (they may have an online article about refinishing your wheels). Paint is located at http://www.carcareonline.com/detail.asp?product_id=11320

Just lurking over here, but you could consider foregoing the paint for a different look:

do a search on Pelican for 'Al Reed' down in SoCal - he's gotten rave reviews. Also, I think there is a guy up near you in Sacto whose name escapes me.

Al Reed in Anaheim, CA is the man for Fuchs. His prices are fairly reasonable too.

Very nice Carl - I was considering the full polish on mine - but went with the classic hot wheels look.

Just got a quote from AL Reed to refinish my wheels, black centers and polished lip, $50 a wheel. Can anybody that has had Al refinish their wheels report on how the "paint" has held up? Seems like a great deal.

Mine were done by Al Reed - I looked at many options his was the best - and the best deal - and he had more satisfied buyers. Not sure you can go wrong. If this is an indication - I shipped my wheels all the way from Florida to him!
