you really better post this in the watercooled (996) forum....all of us have older cars and use shotguns to protect them
that said, welcome and I can tell you the security built into the car is plenty adiquate to keep 98% of would be robbers off your car, your biggest concern will be door dings from your friendly neighbors...shotguns work OK for that but seem to develope negative long term effects

hahaha. ivangene, wonderful response and much apologies for posting in this area. Clearly I'm a newb on the forum and didn't do my dd. I'll look into the market of shotguns in the mean time. Thanks guys.
