Hello,
AJ-USA's Front Strut Tower Brace is on sale for $133, look like a good price.
Anyone use it? Experience with it? Can it fit over the carpet? Does it come with bolts etc or you need to get other stuff to install.

I've had mine for 2 years and love it. Bought it for my 964 and transferred it to my Carrera by buying different brackets. Very well made. Much nicer than the Weltmeister bar. Nice black finish, large diameter, easily adjustable. If it's really $133 you should buy up all they have and go in to business. I'd be surprised if this was the actual price....I'll bet it's $233 (or more).

I just received my AJA Strut Brace today. The instructions are pretty simple to install. I compared the AJA Brace installation to the Cambermeister bar installation in Wayne Dempsey's 101 Projects book for your Porsche 911. The AJA Brace only mounts to the rear two nuts whereas the Cambermeister mounts to the rear inside nut, strut tower center nut and the nut toward the front of car. Mr Demsey warns not to remove the rear outside nut because this may make your car lose its alignment. There was no such warning in the AJA instuctions. If I remove and replace those nuts will I really need to re-align the front end. Has anyone installed the AJA Brace and therefore give me some guidance before I open pandora's box.
