remove the intake manifold for fuel line replacement on 3.2 Carrera?

It connects to the main vacuum line and is air since it connects behind the AFM.

I will post a pic of my '89 in a while

Now that the pic is added, you can see where this pipe fits. The end that enters the boot is OK. The end that attaches to the gray venturi is the problem.

Yep, it connects to a 15/32 vac line that runs through a bulkhead up to the booster in the front.

The hose that runs from the check valve to the nipple at the bulkhead is also a source for leaks. It is a real PITA job but fairly straight forward with the engine out.

Yeah, that probably seems like a dumb question. But for some reason, my display does not show the pictures and signature that normally come up. I must have accidentally turned that off.

'84, the displacement is increased, but stock Motronic.
