1988 Targa Top Restoration
Does anyone know a good place to get your Targa top restored or rebuilt? I thought there was a guy on ebay but I don't see his listing anymore. I live in San Francisco, Ca but I could send it out any where to get it done right. Let me know...
Thanks,
Jodi

Jodi,
There is a guy here in Dallas that does really, really great work on interiors and Targa tops. His name is John Cantu and his one-man shop is called The Inside Job. He is an absolute perfectionist and insures that all of the materials he uses are top-quality and exact pattern-matches. He just did my '89 Targa interior and he will be doing my Targa top in the next few weeks. GREAT guy - 972-438-4783 is his shop number. If you call him, tell him I said "Hello!"

Greetings
The fellow on EBay is carsinctargatops

Do a search for "911 targa" on EBay and you can find his store.
I have not used him - so I cannot comment on his work. I will be also looking for a targa top refresh in the spring so I will be interested in where you go and the results.
Best regards
Glenn
