Question Door trim removal

I have a '73 911T and I'm trying to get ready for paint. I can't figure out how to get the black metal strip at the top of the door (bottom of the window) off. This is the strip that holds the window dust squeegee. Any chance folks out there know what to do?

Also, I'm trying to get one headlight bucket out to fix some rust. After removing the bolt in the bottom of the bucket, it still won't come and I don't know if it's the body sealant or if it's crimped/welded in. Anybody know?

I believe it is sort of hooked in place at the top of the headlight. This causes it to pivot on the top side, sort of like it was on a hinge. It may still be stuck after all these years, but pull up and out from the bottom. I hope this is clear, email if not.
