It's cool having that little extra button over the radio to pull out..
There should not be any extra button to pull out. The fog light switch merely becomes a two-stage switch. Pull out to turn on the front fogs, and rotate it to the right to also switch on the rear(s).

How many rear fog lamps are integrated into the reflector, one or two?

There are two fogs in the integrated light reflector. Here is a pic of them on. The second is of the inside with the lights and reflector from one side removed. You can also see the part number - to me it looks like 911.633.123.0.

Throw your 7's on front and keep your eyes peeled for a set of 9's or 8's for the rear.
