I wish I had known.... I want to take mine back to stock from the amber signals.... They are in great shape and a trade would have been great.

Scott, sorry for the missed trade...I'm pretty much a stock guy, too, but I love the Euro lens look. Other than the new tail lenses the only things that deviate from the original exterior of my car are the front and rear spoilers and the Pelican air scoop for the front right oil cooler.

Every, and I do mean it seems like every car that came into my shop in the '80s got them as well as H4s. Must be Porsche wrecking yards full of the things 20+ years later.

Now if I can just figure out if an 88 USA car had the rear reflector strip wired for rear fog lamps or do I have to bolt the one on under the left bumper and wire it with a switch...

If it is you still need to replace your whole reflector assembly. They are nice to have, though. I had someone following me in a heavy rain storm, and as we drove through a town, we got separated at some traffic lights. She said it was VERY easy to tell my car from all the others even a few blocks away. I guess the rear fogs make the car quite distinctive from the rear as well as being very bright.

I have seen the kit for sale at Automotion for the external fog lamp pictured above and that is the most likely option. It comes with a switch that can be mounted somewhere on the instrument panel though I don't think the switch part is stock. Would be great to see a picture of the interior showing where your switch is mounted.

Ideally, it would be great to get a Euro reflector with the integrated rear fog lamps. I have read that the push/pull front fog lamp switch had a rotate function to activate the rear fog lamps. That is what I'd really like to get to but not sure of the availability of the parts to make that happen. Pelican doesn't have the Eruo reflector with integrated fog lamps on their site. Anyone have a source?

I've been thinking about switching mine to amber but keep going back and forth. Does anybody have a black car with the amber lights that could post a pic?

I really like the look of the Euro lenses on the 911, and was one of the first things that I changed out on my 69. I am not sure yet about the rear fog light, but maybe I will try that out too in the future.
