not sure exactly how to approach this, but here goes.
my son just purchased a battery relo kit for me and couldn't find where to put the promo code for the 15% discount. he completed the purchase but called the next day and was again denied the discount. i'm not sure of all the details, but seems to me you offer the discount - you give the discount. makes me think twice about getting other items. merry christmas

Whiskey52: Firstly, nobody called regarding this issue. There are two of us here answering phones, and neither of us received the phone call.

Regarding not being able to find where to enter the code. On the shopping cart page above the code entry field, there is a very large banner with all of the details regarding the sale including the code.

Please give us a call to get this resolved.

just talked to Tom at Rennline and he solved the whole thing in a heartbeat. i'm a very happy customer and really appreciate the way this was handled. top shelf all the way

Glad to hear your issue got sorted out. I've found Rennline customer service to be excellent. I had an issue with a Rennline FE mount for my '87 Carrera just after purchase and it was handled quickly and professionally by Tom. I've since purchased several other items from the company and all of them have been top notch (just ordered a set of interior door handles using the 15% off coupon).
