Question Need Torque Spec.

Need the torque spec for the 3-M6 nuts that hold the shift guide fork to the shift cover plate on a 915 gear box.
Porsche Spec. Book and Bentley kind of vague.
I have already Locktited the studs in. Waiting for the torque number.

Cary,

Factory manual lists for 915 transmission, for "guide fork, shifting", M6x1.0 thread, grade 8, 8-9nm or 5.8-6.5 ft lbs. Other M6 bolts in the transmission tightening torque chart have the same torque settings.
