I agree this may be slightly off topic however, this group is likely the most credible to answer my question.

I don't know that I would call this car race-ready. It's got race seats and a race steering wheel, but otherwise, it sounds like a street car.
In any case, with over 160,000 miles and with the updates, I'd say the car is worth around $15,000 - $16,000. If the car is in really great cosmetic condition (as in the interior and exterior looks brand new), you may be up around $18,000. I would say, though, that if you got $16,000 for it, that would be a good deal.
I don't know, but I would say that car is worth a maximum of $13,000. You can get a car in almost identical condition with half the miles in coupe guise (which is usually "worth" more in the used market than a targa) for around $12,500. Considering this car has all the updates and seems to be very well taken care of, $13,000 would be a good price for this machine to change hands.
