Question Does anyone know how to correctly install a decklid grille on an 87 Carrera? DIAGRAM

I had some bodywork done on the deck lid of my first 1987 Porsche 911 and they lost most of the washers, lock nuts, spacers and other necessary parts. It really hacks me off and I have ordered all the parts needed to get the decklid back to original:

C-559-151-01
Grill Base (6 required) sold per each
$.35 6 $2.10
----------------------------------------------------------------------
113-951-539
Washer (6 required) sold per each
$.53 6 $3.18
----------------------------------------------------------------------
N-011-665-3
Washer (A 5.3, 6 required) sold per each
$.39 6 $2.34
----------------------------------------------------------------------
J-910-009-02
M5 Lock Nut for T-bolt, 6 per car, each
$0.30 6 $1.80
----------------------------------------------------------------------
C-559-435-00
Rear Seat Attachment Spacer, 911 (1974-89)
$1.00 6 $6.00

There is a diagram that shows the order of all the washers and spacers, but I am having problems understanding what goes in between all those washers and spacers.

<img src="http://www.pelicanparts.com/catalog/images/exterior_trim/8-03-05-12.jpg" alt=" - " />
First the t-bolt goes through the deck grille

Then it shows the grill base (a small round circle). Where does this part go? Does the bolt go through it? Is it on top of the spacer. I have know idea where this goes.

Then there is the spacer. Does this go between the decklid and the grille or does it go under the decklid? Are there any parts between the decklid itself and the grille?

Then it shows a standard washer. There is a plate under the decklid(1" by 5") that supports the air condenser. Is there a washer between the decklid itself and that plate or does the plate rub directly against the metal on the decklid?

Then next is a A 3.5 washer. Should this washer be next to the standard washer or is it just up against the plate alone.

I really appreciate any help on this matter. I hope I am not making this more complicate than it needs to be but I like to know how to do things the right way. When anyone gets a chance just let me know the proper order of these parts.

Thanks,

Your best bet is to find another 911 and ask them to lift the engine lid so ya can get a look...

I just did this last week. If I remember correctly, you have the grill, and the rubber washers that go through the t screws between grill and decklid. Then under the decklid, you have the metal washers and locknuts. The center pair of screws I believe may use a smaller non nyloc type of nut. That red thing in the diagram, isn't that part of a rubber/plastic bumper on the back side of the grill?
