If you like it go for it. I like the color, but I couldn't live with those seats. For someone looking for a decent, fun driver 911, I don't see any obvious deal breakers, yet. My understanding is that a magnesium cased 2.7 L engine can be made quite reliable if rebuilt properly. Search here and on pelican for more comments on these engines. You might try to find out who did the engine build and find if they are known to do good work. If your buy in price is low enough, you might have enough reserve to think about a 3.2 L transplant in the future if this engine doesn't hold up. A lighter mid-year chassis with a 3.2 L is a hoot of a 911.
