On the other hand it's kinda nice seeing a vette driver driving the car instead of polishing it.

It's clear to me. You were giving him space...he was unglued a few times. Those bikes came out of nowhere.
You know Ed, you get better milage if you heed the CASSIS upshift light.
What nice torque, you seem to have responce when you want it.

Funny thing-the novelty of whatever perceived HP/TQ bump I may have gotten seems to be receding.....although as I think back, I can tell that she does have a better tq curve with some more grunt down low, and not having to rev the **** out of her on the incline.

PS- I really apologize for the crappy videos. I'm shopping for a real camera as I type!

Ed are you running stock gearing in Ruby? I have the stock set-up in my 915 and as I followed you it sounded like I was having to rev mine harder. Of course its my expectation that you are running 30-50 more hp with all those updates. It was a good time, I had the joy of hearing that throaty exhaust note. Ruby ran well!

Stock gears. I don't know if I'd be that much higher than yours. I'd think you have me in weight too? Yours was built by a pro...

Your slinging bigger slugs around inside there, but twin plugs, custom tune, and propper attention to the entire formula should make for a nice flat torque curve. I would envision that throttle responce across the curve may be the most noticable, amongst an otherwise drama-free, flexible motor.
You may agree that a 928 is fast, but the driver doesn't know it until he looks at the speedo. No drama. I bet a lap timer would tell a different story.
Your way up on the N-th degree order, should we talk extrude hone?

How about, after extrude hone...dimple-ing as in golf ball dimples? I saw it on Myth Busters. It's gotta work.

Ed can shave his legs/arms/head like the bicycle/swimmer types.
