Yup. 1st. After several, painful, failed attempts, this one seems a-go. It needs to go, I'm old for having kids(40), if not now - never. My glowing bride is 9 years my junior, so it's "right".
She has been shopping for Recaro car-seats.
It's kinda freaky. I've been trying to solve all the worlds problems in some anxiety driven rampage, but I have setttled into a peaceful resolve as of lately. Puke/cigar is very appropriate.
Thanks for the thoughts.
Ed should be heading up his "assault" about now.

No problem gys,, thanks for the bumps & congrats on the one in the oven..

Doug, you can still get Tuff IIs, hve new school graphites my 20".

The whole reason I got this car was for a parts car, I was looking at a 74 Carrera that had a later engine & modified susp, so I was going to install the correct parts back on the 74 & restore it, convert this one to a IROC. But since I bought a matching #s 914-6, I was going to use the running gear on a clone on my extra 914, and the rear bumper on my SC and sell this as a roller, but yet another, bigger project has come up, so I need the space.. I'm not going to part it out, even though I could get more than the $4500 I'm asking, but then would have stuff left over..

Back to the original subject after massive highjacks, I would be interested in the wheels if you part the car out.

If I had a setr of wheels to put back on it, these are in very good shape.

It is an early short-hood..

I'm trying to remember where that one went, I had 2 of them, traded off one and can't remember what happened to it
