Default Oil leak

Need a little help

So I got my new ramps to have a good first time look under my girlfriends skirt,. There has been a small leak leaving a few drips under the drivers side below the drivers side. I know it is not the valve cover gasket because it is new and dry (the top cover appears dry as well but it is not new, it's newer). I smell burning oil when I come back home after a good run leaving a few drops overnight, sometimes in one spot and other times in a couple of spots. Oil level is fine as well. I first thought of the oil return tubes and then noticed that there is oil above the tubes on the cam tower as well. You can see the settling oil at the center bottom of the pic. It doesn't appear to be dripping on the heat exchanger, no smoke, just smell. The top of the engine appears dry as well. The PO had used synthetic for the last year as well..a big no no for this car which has caused me some grief.

As ice said, heads to tower is a place for leaks, and a PITA to repair.
