Oil pump, GOOD case/rod/head studs, gaskets, rockers, clutch, machine work. I would, and many here will, say that 10K in parts is real easy to do. I would budget that for PARTS and have a healthy back up fund for unforseen things.
3.6 transplants don't play nice with early chassis targas...they can rip motormounts out. A good 3.0 is an easy, cost effective way to enjoy the car but you want a good motor. I know where a SC (wrecked) is with a strong 3.0, cams, bilsteins, and a bunch more for 10K.
