Normally a used part sells for approx half the value of new,regardless of what it is...
I know in my case,if i could get the same part brand new with an invoice for $20.00 dollars more i wouldn't hesitate to buy new !

Just my $0.02 but I would spend the extra $20 to get buyer protection in case it didn't fit or had issues since it has never been opened. Even though it is new in box, there are risks with buying a pre-owned part.
