It also is imperative and courteous that a driver knows what the he'll is going on around him (or her). Mr M5, I'm sure, was quite thrilled with his speed on the straights, but didn't notice he was getting his hat handed to him on the turns and braking points. If a car is consistently on your a$$, it is faster than you.

I wish I knew, it was a mistake long ago to sell it but military moves were the cause. Besides the fact that the '72 was a great balanced car as it was the only year they moved the oil tank forward (note what looks like a gas filler door on the right rear fender), I was lucky enough to win a national concour with it. Of all the "P" cars I have had this is the one is right at the top as a favorite.

A '72 is a remarkable car. Porsche didn't get the oil tank right until the 3.6 (964). A gret mod for a 911 is relocating the oil tank up front with a remote filter. I have to ask MUSSBERGER, which run group are you in? Lots of passing zones and track preped cars out there. The M5 does not belong without some courtesy from the driver, who had to get into that run group with some experiance. I'd say the E30 is more appropriate. BMWs are heavy slugs and I won't even comment on their drivers...

As a newbie I was running in the 4/5 group. Based on your video's, it seems that the cars in my run group were a bit more courteous. Those guys/gals in the Corvette group were fairly quick to wave us by.
The first two cars passing by coming out of 17 were fellow Orlando'ins Tom K. (white RSR) and Ron Z. (993). They were nice enough to help me out quite a bit.
