Thanks for the information. My 911 is totally stock (to the best of my knowledge) except for the ER suspension changes. The performance seems to be consistent with the curves in the manual including the somewhat abrupt torque rise at around 4000 rpm. Sounds like

I had a very bumpy torque curve pre-Russell Berry that felt like the car was turned off until the 4,000 RPM mark. Now it is smooth, liniar, and crisp all the way from idle to the limiter.

I was still driving both until a couple weeks ago. on cue, winter decends on the area.

my friend's garage is heated. I just got another elec heater for my garage to try to keep temps good enough to not freeze fingers when working.

I try to get them both out a few times during the winter if the temps not too cold and streets dry.

spring ..... sigh.......
