Default Chain Ramp DIY???

Does anyone have a good DIY for replacing the timing chain ramps? I have searched the forums with no luck. The outboard ramps are easy, its the 4 inboard that might pose a challenge (I still can't see how there are 4 in there)...I discovered loose pieces while I was doing my chain tensioner upgrade, luckily the pieces tucked themselves away behind the right side tensioner (the engine ran fine up until I took it apart to perform the work). The engine has not been removed....yet? Thanks in advance for your input.

I do not believe you can do the inner ones with the chain boxes in place.
