Do you have anything stating it had a "clean carfax" from Victory? I'd think that as a dealer, they would have to disclose the status of the title, even if they didn't say it was clean. You may want to look into that. This is simply fraud. Sorry you got burned.

Autocheck has long been reported to be lacking.

Yes, I have all paper work and orginal listing.

States Clean "Carfax" and all maintenance books.

Filed complaints with the BBB and Texas DMV.

Next a complaint with "Autocheck."

Victory came highly recommenended from a friend that did buy a 993 from
this same dealer.

And yes, alway Google a business first.

Robert Neal should have been honest about the vehicle.

The BBB will be useless, it's a paid club. The DMV MIGHT have some jurisdiction, but you need to address this legally as to what a dealer is obligated to do. The NADA is the dealers association, but not sure they'd have any teeth. A call to the local DA may be worthwhile, but may not result in anything.

The only way to handle this with the proper amount of gravity is through the Atty General's office in Austin. I wouldn't doubt if they have a log of info on VMC based on the breadth of complaints I've seen.

Using the DMV will only bring scrutiny on his license. Meaning, they will threaten to cancel his license if fraud is proven.
