I am looking to replace or refurbish the black, red and gold enameled crests that fit on the hubcaps of my car. Mine are chipped and faded. I can get the "tarnished chrome" piece that is really silver colored, but I am looking for the original colors. Anybody know where I can get good replacement crests? How about any place that would refurbish these crests with original colors?

I have not had to find these little guys, but I may suggest a google search for Stoddard motorcars, Performance/Automotion may have something.
Good luck.

Those are the same hub caps that are on my '68 912.
Call this guy, he is a big supporter of the 912 registry.
I get most of my parts from:
William Pringle
Classic & Speed Parts
(626) 445-0108
He is updating their web site, but the best service is what you get over the phone.

He also sells 911 parts up to '89 so I am now getting parts for the "new" 911 car as well.
Tell him Rob from Boulder says hi

Rich - good to hear that Will at Classic & Speed Parts could help you. He has been so helpful as I have been restoring my '68.
I still really like the look of the steel wheels on the older cars, hub caps and crests.

Is (Porsche) Parts Obsolete still around? I remember when they were still in Costa Mesa, CA. Gary Emory was the owner. Maybe Vasek Polak has some nos parts?
