Thumbs down L.A. porsche dismantlers ruined my day

just wanted to warn all you porschephiles out there about a company that is not to be trusted, La. porshce dismantlers in southern california is not to be trusted. I recently purchased a motor from them and it was a disaster. The deal was supposed to include everything to do a 3.0-3.2 swap. Todd(the salesman in question) promised no problems. I have yet to receive misc. parts that got "forgotten " about by todd. My 911 still waits in agony for L.A. porsche to send me the parts that are owed. Unless you like misery and frustration, I recommend not using them.

Your post is a surprise as I have heard good things about LA Porsche Dismantlers (LAPD). I would go to Todd's boss and request a meeting to get the problems resolved. I am certain you have already thought of that approach.

There is the Better Business bureau...if they sold you something and did not deliver there is Small Claims Court...
