I know an independent shop that the owner is a 911 lover and has worked on them for probably 30 plus years. He's usually pretty busy so you would have to call him to see if he would do it for you. His name is Ernie and he owns AutoCare Services on 10th ave. N. in Myrtle Beach. 843-448-1330
He's a no nonsense, honest, guy. He takes care of my work trucks and advises me on my 928 if I start to get in over my head and he's talked me out of buying a few money pits when I was dazzled by the shiny bits.

Rennsport Charleston, in Charleston is a respected authority on those cars, and quit possibly knows the car you are looking at. Maybe a ways down the road, but well worth it if you are serious about the car.
