Default Targa seals

Friend of mine is looking for new Targa seals, whats the best place to get them?

I remember when I replaced mine several years ago I had an issue finding the right ones, seems the 964 part superseded the old ones..on the front seal, still true?

Thanks!

There was a thread recently where someone bought the chinese seals. Should have searched. Revive this thread: https://rennlist.com/forums/911-foru...best-deal.html

Looks like that's right. Automotion carries the non 964 seal for '70-'83, but it looks like you have to go with the 964 seal for '84 on.

Just another Source

I was at a couple of swap meets and met this guy . I bought a total of 4 dollars in parts from him ( two door switch condoms ) so he won't be retiring on me.
He did have both seals for the Targa, the front and the rear and he was asking around 300.00 for each. They were not cheap for sure but it stated they were genuine German not chineese.

Anyway here is the info if anyone is interested.

Of course no affiliation
So how is the chineese seal test going ?
