Sunday Morning Pics
Cleaned her up, mowed the lawn, thought I'd mix the two. I still have to dress up the tires a little, but I'm still doing the mold release mileage...maybe next week will be purtier pics. Those are the 964 sunvisors, note the droop on the pass side - I'm told that's pretty typical.

I have been thinking about it and when the time comes to sell my Cab, IF I'm in a position to buy another, it'll be a coupe. I just love the body lines of the coupe so much. Then the debate will be, Duck or IROC tail...
That's an old interior shot too - before he tach reface, and with the old mats that had the Porsche Crest on them. I bought new mats last year once I finally saw Lloyds had the burgundy. Wish they had the crest still, but hey, they're newer, cleaner, and the right color. Close enough. The steering wheel is also in much worse shape now - very dark, cracking, and in need of attention. They don't sell the burgundy Momo Monte Carlo in 320mm (or 350) anymore. So I think it'll be either buy a new one & dye, or find someone to restore this one.

Same idea on Friday
I did the same thing at my place on Friday. Car, then lawn in order of importance. It's a '91 C2 with just under 65k on it. I've had it for about a month. This site is a great learning tool, thanks to all for your informative posts.
Based on some posts I'd seen here, I added the tube for distributor ventilation based on what I'd read about the ozone wearing out the belt - it costs me a grand total of $2.01 for the piece of tube and the T fitting.
Happy driving!

My opinion is that an air cooled 911 is the best "closed" car out there. There is something special about a 911 coupe that is hard to find in the automotive world. As for the targa/cab idea, well there are as good if not better "open" cars. I, for one, think a Boxster is a fabulous drop top. There is something to be said for a Miata also. This only what I think-and has no forebearance on the choise you cab guys made. I support you 100%. I do like certain targas and would love to own one.
