Looking for sturdy, wall-mountable unit to hold 4 wheels w/tires. Any suggestions?

It's not wall mounted, but I've seen ads in Excellence lately for a an inverted "T" shaped rack that mounts to the ceiling and holds 2 wheels on each arm. I think the price is $150.
I've been thinking of making a similar rack myself out of 1" pipe with a "T" fitting and a flange. They have the fittings and pre-threaded pipe at Home Depot. You would have to make sure it was solidly mounted to the ceiling joists!
