I need to replace my left side A/C vent in my 88 Carrera. Has anyone done this before and if so can you assist me with the procedure?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Gary,
I removed the vent last summer when I replaced the steering column. I think this is how it goes.
You need to remove the small plastic plate on the side of the dash (one Phillips screw) and I think you just carefully pry the vent out with a screwdriver (cover with a shop rag to be careful). I believe the vent assembly is held in place with small metal clips and just snaps into/out of place.
Hope I remember correctly.
