The Certificate of Autenticity is only mentionend on the US Posche site.

To my knowledge, yes. It is prepared by PCNA in Atlanta. The CA came about when privacy laws eliminated the availability of the factory KARDEX that recorded the build details for each vehicle for years.

I have stopped using CAs after finding too many that were not accurate due to what appears to be transcription errors.

PCNA does them but you have to really stay on top of them. If it were an older car I wouldn't trust it for a moment. For my latest car I had the order sheets, the Monroney sticker, and used them to 'help' PCNA redo the one they sent me. (It took them 3 times to get it right).
