1970/71 Rear Window Decal
My first posting, here goes. On '70 & 71 911 a decal showing a (side profile) silver engine with a large orange 2,2 was located on the rear window. Mine is faded to a rich gold color and is peeling. Does anyone know if a reproduction is available?

I looked through some catalogs (Stoddards, Doc & Cy's, Performance/Automotion, Tweeks, AJUSA), and the only possibility is at Tweeks (888-489-3357). They have a listing (with no picture), which is right under the 1970 World Champion decal (with picture), of "1970 2.2 Litre engine", it's #408-441, and is $6.95. Without a picture, can't tell if it's what you want, but you might call them to check it out. Don't know if this will help, but Porsche lists a "2.2L" sticker, number 911.701.102.00. Another thought is to go through the for sale ads in Pano. Perhaps somebody made up a batch of stickers. You could also post a want ad in Pano.
