Widths are too wide. You could probably fit 9.5's in the rear, but 8.5 up front is too big. 8" is pushing it there, 7.5" is better. Not sure what makes these so expensive either. My K27's seem to be everything these are for a lot less money. Just a suggestion on that, I see you've no bids yet at current pricing.

Wow. Yes. Pricey. Also anyone that knows anything about 80's 911's knows these wont fit... So advertising these for 80's 911's makes it appear that the seller really doesnt know anything about mid 80's 911's or Porsche cars in general. Not trying to be harsh... but If you find out what they will fit.. advertise accordingly and charge a reasonable price, they will sell...

I thought the Ebay ad explained it perfectly - but perhaps not...
Rado, you post / pictures explains it all. The standard K27 is as pictured. The difference between the K28 and the K28 "R" is the rim is different. The lack of a stepped rim requires the the K28 "R" to use the same center as a std 19 inch wheel. If you look closely at the fotos above you can see that the center IS larger on the K28 "R".
Therefore, a 17 inch wheel without the the stepped rim requires the use of a center from a standard 18 inch wheel. Thus - they are K27"R"s - a 17 inch wheel that uses the better looking 18 inch center.
At least that what the factory build sheet calls them...
The confusion is understandable, as there were so few produced.
I posted on the 911 board just in case there was someone here who might have some custom or race application - or another P-car that they might fit. Yes, the front is too wide for a stock 911.
