FS: 1986 Carrera Cab 55k original miles
This is a 1986 Carrera Cabriolet Vin# WP0EB0910GS171129 / 55,128 original miles. Guards red (paint code G1 Indirschrot), black partial leather interior, new (manual) top clear rear window. Recent work includes full tune up all fluids and filters, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, valve adjust and gasket kit, new zero mile front brake rotors, 90% pads, factory wheel locks with keys!! Complete factory tool kit, brand new zero mile tires, wheels are flawless with no rash. Stock exhaust in great shape, cruise control functions properly, engine sounds perfect not a tick out of place and pulls strong. There is no evidence of any accidents. This car has extremely straight floor pans, suspension and engine. The 915 trans shifts very well, clutch is smooth and chatter free. Clean Carfax and clean title is in hand.
There are a couple minor dents and typical bumper and hood specks all consistent with its age and mileage. One headlight ring took a little hit and may or may not be fixed by sale time, we can talk about that when the time comes.
This car is above average in all respects. I’m a 20 year PCA member in good standing active on Rennlist / DE / Auto-x. I know my 911s (and 912s)
So, bottomline no surprises, this car is mechanically awesome with a few cosmetics that can be addressed or negotiated in the asking. Please ctc me with questions anytime or e-mail for more pics. I’m 3 miles from BDL Bradley International Airport, fly in and drive home. Spring is coming, don’t wait for spring prices, gear up now and save $$$!!
