How rare is Ice mist metallic on 1978 911sc
I am thinking about purchasing a 1978 Porsche 911sc with ice mist metallic paint. I was wondering if anyone knew if this was a rare color and if it would affect the cars value? Also how much would a very hi mileage unit be worth if it needed some interior work, (front seats, maybe carpet) Car has factory Fuchs, runs good.

not on the glasurit web site either

personally I don't think paint colour will have any impact on resale of a 30 year old high milage car

The paint code is 266-9-3 Ice Green[Ice Mist Green]. Special Order Color. Just found a link from Pelican parts. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/showthread.php?t=425449
Any idea on what the car would be worth with high mileage? ( regardless of paint color )

Thanks guys, I think I will pass on this vehicle. It needs paint and some interior work. It did recently have compression numbers which came up good but we all know how quickly things start to add up....
