Are you getting power out of the switch?

Do a search on "window regulator". This is usually the culprit.

the switches go bad too. They can suddenly fail, but usually when that happens the rocker feels a little loose. There is a power window relay, and a power window fuse, which is #21. But as DB already mentioned, if the pass side window is working, then you can eliminate the fuse and relay as the culprit. One thing you might check as long as the switch is out, is the tightness of your connections. Hopefully your motor is not burned out.

Seems Oshin11 had this problem a year ago and went threw 3 or 4 regulators from the same supplier before they sent him the right one.

why not put a meter on the motor and see if it gets power when you flick the switch ? might be a good starting point.

it could be the motor or window workings are jammed. before pouring money into a new motor I would see it is getting power , if it is take it out and bench test it, and make sure the mechanicals are working smoothly for the window

I went through this a while back. Took the motor out, it would run fine. Tried adjusting the regulator. All back together, it would work a few weeks. Did this like 3 times. Problem always returned. Bit the bullet and put in new motor. Problem solved. Ken
