I just read a thread where a guy was complaining that a website would require a registration before entry. Now I understand his complaint.

I am not attending so I'll just wait and read about the final results.

I saw that RS in person at the La Jolla Car Show over the last weekend. It was at the Gooding booth. I was stunned by the quality of restoration work. The interior looked factory new. Outside was in great shape as well. It will be interesting to see how well the auction does in general in light of the economy. Are there really that many people around who have not been effected by the last 6 months or are confident enough to spend that type of money? We will see....

I was watching some auction on tv the other evening and they had a green RS that went for around 225k if I remember. Same car?

Different RS. This one is orange and is going to the Scottsdale Gooding auction.

I was in La Jolla as well. I didn't sit in the car, but the exterior paintwork/graphics/trim were stunning.
