Sounds like you got a great deal even if you need to rebuild now. You could have needed a rebuild on an engine a month later o after buying on any car...even with a good PPI. Sometimes things just happen.

Very cool color combo...seats are wow! You wont see many 911s on the road that look like yours.
Even with a rebuild i think you got a steal.

Will do guys, thanks for the positive thoughts. I have the rebuild planned for the next few weeks, hopefully get her in tip top before the spring. I'm sort of strapped for cash at the moment but when things settle i plan on becoming a rennlist member. Love the community and have no problem supporting. In the near future we must discuss some of the more scenic routes available in the California area. I need to find out what this baby can really do
