I'm starting on a 911R replica build, budgeting about 60-70 K, I know its going to cost me more than it will be worth in the end. But to spend that kind of money on a car that is almost worthless, that's a brutal financial lesson.

Anyone wanna guess what the reserve is? Lets face it..some genius built it..so beauty is clearly in the eye of the beholder. Like a parent would never see an ugly child......

That thing is sweet! I think I will trade my really beautiful turbo-look for that fugly Gemballa-look. I wonder if that dude will do a straight trade.

There is a God. The money and time that guy spent on the car versus what he will get in today's market will punish him beyond any berating here.

The scary thing is that he actually has (1) bid on the thing. So there's actually
more than one person who wouldn't mind being seen in it! I can live with
928 / chevy since it originally had a V8, but the 911? No way!!!!
